Awww shucks...thanks, Eminemilee.
Yeah, acrylic is my preferred creative weapon of choice. Watercolors and sometimes oil too...but I've found acrylic to be the most versatile. Not to mention safer to handle as opposed to oils.
I was contemplating painting in the robe area but figured a nice printed paper could do a better job of defining pattern while keeping things flat. A nice contrast since everything else is already so fully rendered out. Sometimes you've got to give your eye a place to rest a bit.

I'm a little bogged down with projects at the moment but most of that will be alleviated by the end of next month.
Then I'll have time to start working on something new. I'll most definitely keep your offer in consideration.
Yeah, you've got a great look and there's plenty to work with in what you've got posted. I'm sure your private collection offers plenty more up the same.

I'll tell you what. I'll mark my calendar for the end of next month and contact you again once the current dust settles.

I still don't get very many comments. Lots of people adding my work to their favs and stuff but nobody usually says a word.

It's strange I tell ya.

Agh, don't worry, be patient. And it's great that people fav your stuff. That way people who don't visit your page can still see your work on the accounts of those who fave it.

Yeah yeah, I'm not worried so much. Just thought it was strange. I'm the type to leave a message when I see work I like. At the very least I'll follow that artist. I just assumed other artists did the same. 

Shit...my deviant watch list right now is over 5,400. I have a lot of catching up to do to see what's new and hot from other artists.

But yeah, you're right. At least people are seeing my work. I guess that's what really counts.

This pinup should be done pretty soon. Within the next 10 days or so.

Then, onto new adventures.

I'm starting up a new art collective group here in Texas with 3 other guys. That's will be the body of most of my new work after this pinup is knocked out.

It will still be my work but tailored to meet the objective of the collective more so than just random shit (which is more or less my current body of work).

Hopefully that all pans out and we start making some waves under the new collective - called 13 Karat.

So if you see any of that soon you'll know some of it is me.

Be on the lookout!
