you're quite welcome for the fave. i wanted to leave a comment on the actually deviation, but i couldn't figure out what i had to say. maybe that i think i remember watching the ceremonies as a kid the year i was in palau. at least i think i watched one, it was so long ago.
i hope your wrist gets better quickly. i can only imagine how much it sucks no using your main hand.

you're lucky you got to watch them. i've never been to belau at all, and only got to see the events through videos my relative sent.
as for my wrist, it's driving me absolutely insane! i got fed up this morning and took the brace off. thankfully, the doctor gave me a prescription for vicodin-- it's s HUGE help.

No problem, I can understand that completely! I got into art because my dad's an artist and began studying tattooing because I learned there were no Palauans who specialized in traditional tattoos.
Ultimately, it seems that we do it for the people as much as we do it for ourselves. (Even if they don't always see it that way.)

Yeap, maybe but you're most probably unknowledged about demonology, you don't train niten ichi-ryu and at very end you most probably can't mentaly block feeling of physical pain to point when you don't feel crushing own punch into the wall XD (only piece of my weirdness... midnight hobby? I studied old-school Micronesian witchcraft from relatives; the closest I ever got to niten ichi-ryu was going through my great-grandfather's sword collection, when I went to stay with him in Japan; and I don't block out pain because I kinda-sorta like it.
