I find your hate very interesting, so I would really like to know. In your opinion, what makes person a furry? Are they considered one the second they start drawing, writing,(basically creating any sort of media) bipedal animal characters? Or perhaps when their sexual desires shift towards liking animals?

A furry is not a person. Let's get that clear. Furries do not actually exist.
Furfags, the fandom, exists. The moment someone thinks they are a furry, or ID's themselves as furries they are furfags. It's like any political or social ideology. They tend to do this in quite a verbose manner, so it's never hard.

It's not like it isn't possible. With all the shit the Master pulled in the first game I wouldn't be surprised if he created furries as a back up plan in case if his Super Mutants proved to be unreliable. Except that these furries are actually meant to be a "If I can't have it. Then no can." plan instead of a wasteland domination oriented one.

Whenever I envision a story line that includes furries as the primary villain, I like to go off the forced inclusion and forced tolerance that they seem to boast. It not only allows for them to be the villains they really are meant to be, since this is something they actually do, but it becomes more realistic when you look at today is social political setting
