really, someone said today they liked my sculptures more, they thought they were the most original, perhaps it's the collage kinda art that you like, so the photoshopped (actually I did most of them on MS Paint, I'm not very good at photoshop when I like to doodle more

I should totally get my younger sister on here, she'd love to meet you, I'm surprised to meet so many international folks. It reminds me of high school before the internet really existed (in other parts of the world, when it was more about whoever had money, had access,) anyway, back in like 1996, not alotta people were online, it was '98 before my family even had a home computer, otherwise we walked 2-3 miles to the public library to use the internet (which was dial-up modem back then
anyway, it was fun since I kept these pen-pals, one thing they loved was I would send them "mail art" on the envelopes and letters. I think you would find that interesting since you like collage. one of these days I'll have to take better pictures for you to see the detail (although you prob. can't read the technical words in English.) you're a lot more attentive than some people in my country (because of the election year anyway, I think much of you and your work, I think perhaps more of the European folks I know on hear really go at it and do alotta stuff. in a culture where there's so much entertainment and distractions, perhaps there's no time to be creative and do anything themselves anymore

also, I wanted to tell you I am studying English in college (yeah, laugh, I should be already fluent at speaking it, since i'm American,) but I want to teach overseas, I love the world, other cultures, experiences, there's so much more to life than the cluster fuck of American consummerism (malls & advertisement, reality-TV shows, celebrities people are obsessed with more than investing in their own lives or expressions I get easily bored with American society, that's why I'd want to explore the world. I had many pen-pals that I worked with, helped improve their English, many came to college in the U.S. I only regretted not getting a chance to meet my "students" (of English through letters.) I write a style of English that is (BASIC) that I'm sure most understand, since I have a sense of vocabulary most know (my relatives are in Vietnam, I've been dealing with language barriers my whole life, it's why I'm more of an artist, than a writer after my first trip to Vietnam.)

yeah, I hope she joins, she'd really love this site, she does almost as much (if not more) art & photography as me, and as I've said, she's MUCH MUCH better than I was when I was her age. I think you'd like her a lot

longun is actually a different spelling of another name I go by (as an artist/writer, my pseudonym,) it's actually "longan" but that was already taken when I chose my DA profile MIA, usually means "Missing in Action" but since I work with homeless veterans, it also has been used to refer to them.
