There are programs to search for pictures when you have the picture - so you can link to the owner/creator/w/e. I think otherwise you'll get in trouble.

Well, people may consider it as art theft, re-submitting sounds pretty much like an excuse for that. I recommend you to just submit stuff you drew/photographed/created yourself
