Hi! I just got into parkour a month ago and I love it, there aren't many places in my town to practice, but I do what I can. What types of vaults and stuff are you doing? I've pretty much mastered all the vaults, wallrunning, running UP a wall, and getting on top of...stuff. No flips of any sort though ^^'

It's on my page, I'm trying to work on wallclimbing right now, only there are no rough walls in my yard! They're all smooth! And I don't think flips are parkour... I think they're more freerunning...

yeah definately, flips are completely free running, its jsut it looks so freaking awesome when you mix free running and parkour together
