All Over the place >.< I ended up getting through the rest of college and graduated. After that I have moved have across the country(US) for my first job. During college I had a wonderful horrible year and a half period dealing with depression. Thankfully though after that I've gotten a loooot better of a idea of what I want to do later in life.
Also somehow in all of that I've been practicing drawing in addition and have become... what i'd like to say is somewhat decent for drawing. So if you'd ever to like me to attempt to sketch something for you fire away.

I want to know how you make your background and textures. Β I have tried it so many times, but I just cannot get it right.

Honestly I do all my textures and backgrounds by hand XDΒ
If it helps I used solely paint tool Sai and use mostly the normal paint brush and the acrylic to do blending and such
To get the effects I'm going for I use multiple layers, depending on the complexity I use up to 4 or 5, but most effects I use 2
Hopefully that gives you an idea
