I actually was just browsing, and came upon it and found it to be one of the most fun games I've played. I love the music and gameplay. I've been playing it for a while, it's so fun. ^_^

I adore RG Veda and own the whole series. I think it's the only CLAMP manga I've read completely through. Taishakuten and Ashura-Ou are by far my favorite characters and your picture of them is so cute!

Whoa!! You’ve completed the whole series?! SUPERB! You’re just like my friend here in deviantart! She also likes RG Veda and she also completed the whole series!
That’s good for you! I only own 5 volumes. Goodluck to me collecting the remaining volumes of the manga.
RG Veda is the First manga I’ve ever had. It was originally a birthday present from my cousin and coincidentally, she bought me the Final volume so it’s very vague to me at first ‘coz I don’t know the storyline.. (>_<)
My favorite character is Yasha and my favorite pairing is also Taishakuten and Ashura-o and I like their story in the final volume that it really makes me squirm. Hahaha!

I don't have anyone who likes this story or even bothers to read it when I recommend it, So lucky you to having a friend who does!
I got the series from Amazon, pretty cheap to, except the.....7th and 8th I think, which were really expensive.
You got the last volume first? Must've been confusing. I found out about it from an old website called Snowdrop and watched the OVA first, then found a Geocities website that had a lot of info on Ashura-o and Taishakuten, which is why they're my favorite. They were the first shounen-ai/yaoi (more shounen-ai) pairing I liked so I'll always have a sore spot for them.
Heck I liked the series so much it inspired me to create a series of my own based upon it heheh.

I think only few people really appreciate this manga since the taste of people differs and changes as time goes by. Just let them be. They never realized they’ve missed this wonderful epic story by CLAMP.

As for me, I think my cousin bought the last volume for just ₱69.00 or approximately, just $1.70 in our local bookstore same as the volume #9, pretty cheap, right? Hahaha! The rest of the volumes I had cost below $5. I’m really into bargained things. I’m not fond of online shopping since I don’t have knowledge on online transactions. hehehe ^_^
It’s really vague reading the final volume first. I think I read it about 20x and had done research about the series to understand the whole story. I’ve never watched the OVA yet because of my studies and hectic schedules and when I am surfing the net, I tend to forget what I am going to do… (I’m so stupid)

I knew it was her! I once had a long chat about RG Veda with her too and I really like her. Her stories are awesome! I once asked her if she had a facebook so I could keep talking to her and she said no So I'll ask you the same question 'cause I like talking to you just as much!

You are so lucky you can buy the volumes at a bookstore! The ones in my state never have them, maybe because its too old and out of print but it's still sad. So that's the reason I bought them online, it's just easier because I live under a rock hahahah.

I did a lot of research after watching the OVA in'07 or '08 then read the manga online in '09 and wholly fell in love! And I understand about forgetting what you want to do online, it happens to me too.

I will definitely check your gallery out! I would say the same to you about mine but I have nothing on it hahah.

I have two different time frames i'm working on for the story, one that would take place when Ashura-o was younger (like teenage) up to the holy war, then another one that takes place around little-Ashura's awakening. I haven't worked on it recently, but i've gotten to chapter 2 of the first time frame. I know it's confusing haha

I accidentally found the manga on the bargained section while I’m searching for some cheap books at the said bookstore. And I bought it quickly because whenever I’m flat broke, I’ll just hide the Manga at the bottom of the piled books so that nobody will find it and the next day that I’m ready to buy that certain book, I was already gone! (do you think I’m bad? Hiding books which are not yours?)(>__<)
But frankly speaking, the volume 10 manga was given to me in 2010, and when I found the next volume, it was already middle of 2011. It’s not easy finding the book because its already old but luckily, I found it..
I really wanted to buy some online stuff but I don’t know how online transaction goes and I don’t know if what online stores are true or fake. . .
I’m curious about your stories! I wish I could read them when I have some spare time….

No I don't think your bad for hiding books, if I knew when I would be back to stores, I would do the same thing! But I still can't find old books at my stores, they're too mainstream,and when I go to smaller stores, they don't usually have any manga! Stupid rock-city! >_<
I got volume 10 in 2012 and the rest of the series later that year,plus the 2 art books (which are to die for!)
Online stuff is easy if you know where to look I usually go to either e-bay or Amazon.com which both use paypall. If you have a bank account then it's pretty easy. I don't but I use my mom's. (with her permission of course! XD)
When we become friends on facebook, I'll give you chapter one (I'm currently editing and revising it) but remember it's only inspired by RG Veda,not a direct fanfic like MsLyoness' stories.
Don't worry about the English, I can understand it easily enough, I only noticed after I wrote my last message that you didn't live in America! I feel like such a heel, and I hate to be like everyone's interpretation of Americans, -selfish, arrogant, etcetera- so I'm SOO Sorry for assuming! I'm one of those rare people that actually like learning about different places and languages, so please enlighten me!

Voleyball's awesome. We didn't have it when I went to school because of where I live but, I have played it a bit, although my mom (who was raised on the west coast) said I was taught wrong haha.
