Ok, the way I thought of it Clover would have be going back over events that led to the wish-come-true while waiting on a subway car with her family (Dandy, Meadowlark, Cheval, and her parents) to get to an event for the spell. Clover would in spite of what was happening be depressed about how her friends have pretty much moved on with their lives while she, while be well regarded as a ballet dancer, is still stuck in Meadowlark's shadow. She also is worried that Dandy might have only married her for her raising fame and this is where she would look over her favorite sock and remember an imaginary friend she called Pinkie Pie.
Then you do the section where she and Dandy (wanting to be closer to her) would have become Minty and Pinkie Pie would have come to life. Alex also wants you to make Meadowlark Razzaroo (he has reasons but he doesn't want spoil them). Then just do the dream section where Minty is living her life in the G3 world and perhaps what was happening to her just before Pinkie found her when that timeline was being deleted. I got everything after the disaster and can edit both part so they can fit then send them off to Alex for the final editing.
