Photography impresses me. When a photograph gives me that feeling of emptiness, that is how I know it is a good one. That could be any photo that gives me the feeling that I wasn't complete before seeing the it. I love it. I love modern photography almost as much as I love aged, because it amazes me to look at a photo of my street, or some young lady's back yard in Idaho, or a college campus in West Virginia and think to my self that the world will someday never look like this again. You have some lovely shots yourself. I especially like the profile shot above with the umbrella; it's striking. I also agree with your comment about what you seek in photography. It's a bitter-sweet occupation as there's a sense of desolation in knowing nobody will capture that moment in time again but somehow it is also a comfort. Keep up your good work. C .

You have to post a picture in your gallery (preferably the one I took! lol) and when you're filling out the information, in the categories there is one labeled "DeviantID". When you select that one it will come up on your profile. If you are going to use the one I took let me know if it is too small. But you don't have to use that one, I just like it a lot. Lol.
