general Appearance
Thor has long blond hair. It reaches over his shoulders and is slightly curly. His eyes are of a cerulean blue and his skin tanned, caused by his descent.
Broad shoulders, about 6'4'' height and heavy muscles on his arms and chest is what he's known for.
He preferably stalk around in his armor, having his long crimson-cape swaying behind him.

Abilities and Powers
Thor is a Norse warrior god, trained and skilled in the arts of battle, and he has been doing it for thousands of years. He has usually been shown to rely solely on his superior fighting ability, strength, and well nigh invulnerability.
Strength:
Thor is physically the strongest Asgardian, possessing vast superhuman strength.
He is capable of lifting well in excess of 100 tons.
Agility:
Thor's agility, balance, and bodily coordination make him a great warrior in battle.
Though he's not moving with as much grace as Sif, he's fast, despite of someone his size and physique.
Longevity:
Thor, like all other Asgardians, is not truly immortal.
It is more accurate to say that Asgardians are extremely long lived beings.
Thor ages at a pace far, far slower than a human being and as a matter of that it is fairly hard to say how old he really is.
Combatant:
Thor is a highly skilled warrior trained in the arts of war and various fighting techniques by his teachers in Asgard.
He is a master marksman, and is proficient in all areas of combat including hand-to-hand and is a master of various forms of weaponry.
He is known to be very cunning and intuitive in battles and wars.

The blond woke with a start. It was pretty uncommon for the Prince to wake at such an hour, it was still dark outside for goodness sake! He slowly rose and looked around. "By Odin's beard... just what hour is it?" he asked himself, but decided that he would use this hour to show his brother that he was NOT some lazy ass who was only trolling around...
Thor quickly got dressed and went to the grand hall to breakfast, only stopping by Loki's room. He knocked 'silently' "Brother? Loki are you awake?"

< Loki had awoke as well, however he didn't bother to leave his room to get food and simply used his magic so he would have a plate of various fruits. In the dark of night, he simply lit candles for light so he could read. At the knock, he gave a sigh. He usually at peace at early hours. However, he did stand and answer the door. > "Why are you up?" < Was all he said to him as he looked up to him with cold green eyes. >

Thor was relieved to have his brother awake. "Oh thank goodness you're awake. Have you noticed something off about a few moments ago? I suddenly woke and something wasn't quite right." he said while looking around and scratching the back of his head. "And I wondered, since you and I were awake if you'd mind to have breakfast with me?" he asked with sheepish smile, hoping to somehow convince his brother. Loki was always so... how to put it without (yet again) sounding offensive... distant toward him and Thor desperately tried to change this fact. However he seemed to constantly to something wrong. Maybe it was because he was the little brother...

< Loki listened to his brother, raising a brow at him. > "The only thing that is off is you being awake at this hour. You're always up at noon." < he answered in a sarcastic tone, standing in the doorway and crossing his arms. He was hesitant for a moment as his eyes trailed to his almost empty plate of fruits. He was still a bit hungry. > "... Alright. Let me change into more casual clothing, brother." < he told him before he shut the door for a moment and then returned in a dark green tunic and black pants, stepping out the door to stand next to his taller brother. >

Thor once again felt defeated at his brother's harsh comment. He almost made a dash back to his room, but it only turned out to be even more exciting that Loki agreed to have breakfast with him. He patiently waited for his brother to change and once he got out he pat his shoulder. "I knew you couldn't say no to me!" he said grinning and even dared to ruffle his hair.
"So how about having a splendid breakfast now? I'm preactically starving over here, Loki, believe me. How do you manage to get up this early without starving immediately?" the blond asked, not having noticed the plate in Loki's room.

< Loki pushed the hand that messed up his hair away and flattened his hair back down. He huffed lightly and glanced to him. > " I could have, but you would most likely keep pestering me so you wouldn't eat alone. " < Loki simply gave a gentle laugh, starting to walk down towards the main hall. > " Well, I don't have the appetite of a warrior as you do. I'm not into all of the meat that father tries to get me to eat, even though he wants me to be a warrior. Could you see me being like you? " < he asked with a raised eyebrow. >

Thor began to bark with laughter, his whole body shaking. It was hilarious to imagine Loki having a similar type of body to himself. "Oh by Odin, no! Not you Loki." he said and put a hand on his waist where he knew the stings would be noticeable soon. "But you're fine just the way you are Loki. How often have you saved me from my doom when I did not learn what I was told but rather played outside in the gardens? How often did you cover for me? I feel bad now considering how I am the older one!" Thor said, his laughter ebbing down to quiet chuckling.
Loki was the clever one. He never mastered this magicial stuff and he believed that they would be great when ruling together. "Father would do you wrong when he would try to force you to be a warrior."

< Loki couldn't help the smile that grew on his face from his brother's laughter and he crossed his arms. > " I just think he believes that any type of magic is for women, and fighting and such is for men. Though, Sif is an exception and why not I? " < Loki continued to wear the smile on his face as he began to talk about how many times he had saved him and covered him. > "Well, I'm not alone here. You've saved me few times as well. Even the smartest has their moments. " < he told, resting his gentle hand on the others shoulder and patting it lightly. > " Though as older brother I did expect you to do more of the protecting. " < he teased. >

Thor frowned and put on a pout. "It cannot really be called saving... I definitely could do more if I only had the right weapon to protect you!" he whined. He was still looking forward to the day when Odin would give him the golden spear! Or a great sword! It didn't matter as long as it came from the great hall where all the great weapons were stored. "Besides... it's no real wonder that Sif has become a warrior. I mean even as a little girl she used to cut of my hair and insult Fandral, what do you expect?" he asked. "The magic is better off with you. Only Odin knows what she would be able to do with magic."
At the thought of Sif as a proper Lady, doings spells and knitting at home Thor's blood ran cold in his veins. "uhh... no. She's the xception for her gender and you're the exception for our Gender. Do us proud Loki!"

" You could protect me with any weapon you wield, Thor. It's not the weapon that does it, it is your spirit. " < he told him with a faint smile on his face, crossing his arms over his chest as he looked in front of him. He couldn't help but chuckle at the thought of Sif using magic during battle. It would be quite entertaining. > " I'm she would be good at magic as well, but can't say the same with me as a warrior. Besides, Thor. We both already know that I have done proud when it comes to my magic, and Sif has as well. "

Thor supressed the urge to ruffle Loki's hair. Yes he's done proud. Loki has probably... no he definitely HAS read more books up until now than he will read in his whole life. But just as said before: Loki had already done proud and he had yet to proof himself worthy to weild a weapon! sometimes it was unfair...
"You see, brother, my spirit is able to survive broken ribs. I don't think I want to experience this ever again. i'd rather have a weapon to hit my opponent before he throws me to the ground." the young Prince said and put a hand to his thankfully healed rib.

" You spirit can survive anything as long as you believe it can, Thor. It's your strength that has to do with it. " < he said as he watched him place his hand on his rib, looking back up to him with a worried look in his eye. > " Does it hurt? I could take a look if you want, I've been studying how I could use my magic for healing. "

Thor raised an eyebrow. "now have you also been studying the books of healing? Why not become a healer if you're so fond of this kind of magic." he muttered. it really ate on him that Loki had already found his own destination and was working hard for it. All his brotherly advice and good words weren't really helping the blond. Though, he did stop walking and apologized "I'm sorry, Loki. I'd be honoured if you took a look, it really does hurt." he said. "Besides... somebody HAS to look at this body of mine!" he said dramatically and began to fumble around with his shirt.

" I was thinking about it, and I might do it. Though, I think I might just continue to study for a while, learn what most don't. " < Loki nodded lightly and waited for him to take off the shirt, looking up to him. > " Where does it hurt? "

Thor lazily pointed to his outer right ribcage. "I don't really care it's this whole area. Everytime I train with our friends they ask what has happened." he groaned. It wasn't that he didn't want to tell them, but he'd rather not. It was one of those times when Loki and himself had gotten in danger (unbeknowenst to their father) and had gotten out with a blue eye, or rather a broken rib...
he held his shirt in hand and looked at his brother. "What will you learn what most don't? Don't tell me it's the black magic that's gotten your interest, brother?"

< Loki had paused for a second, for black magic was exactly what he was currently teaching himself. However, he took his pause and made it seem like one of shock, hoping his brother wouldn't see through him like he always did. > " Now, Thor. I wish you would think better of me. " < he told him with that mischievous smile of his, kneeling down in front of his brother as his hands glowed a faint blue and he gently placed his hand to where he pointed. > " No, it has more to do with illusions. Don't worry. "

that smile. He was planning something. "Loki I know you longer than anyone else and I have spent much time with you. Please, look into my eyes and tell me you're not roaming the books containing spells of black magic." he said in all honesty, a worried look pastered on his face. Black magic was no thing to trust for the weilder could be tricked by his own spells. Surely he trusted Loki to be able to decipher spells correctly, but he was still worried.
When Loki's hands touched the spot a sharp intake of breath couldn't be supressed. "Does it need to hurt or is it me?"

After I heal this you have to rest for at least seven days, which means no fighting or training. You also have to come to me everyday so I may quicken the healing. Right now, I'm just subsiding the pain. Your fighting messed with the healing process. " < he explained to him, keeping his hand there for a few more seconds before the glow faded and he stood up once more. His green eyes flickered with a bit of annoyance, however he kept his gaze on the others as he continued to speak. > " I'm reading them, yes. I won't use it, but I will if I ever need to. I won't use it as regular magic, it is not to be treated as such, Thor. "

Thor groaned in annoyance. seven days? How was he supposed to rest seven days and watch all the others train outside? The only thing that came around to be good in this was that he was able (and allowed!) to visit Loki every single day. It lightened up his mood a good deal.
"My fighting does not mess with anything. You know father always said that it was a good thing to move around when you're hurt. Like this you could train your determination. I mean, in battle you know? In battle you won't go to rest when your ribs are broken, you'll fight on!" Thor said. It was a pretty crappy explanation since Odin wouldn't even allow him to go anywhere near any kind of 'battle' for at least hundred years from now on.
But it didn't really matter. What mattered was that black magic topic!
"Well I think I'm relieved that you won't use it, but I can't say I'm fine with you reading it either, it just worries me, Loki. You understand that, do you?"

You're a great warrior, and once you've trained more, you will be able to handle it more. " < he explained in a gentle voice, patting his shoulder lightly with a faint smile. > " I understand, yes. Though you have nothing to worry about. I won't be using it. I have my word. "
