Hey, I'm sorry I'm being lame with your story. I just realized where my grades are at is a little below what I want and so I'm going into crazy homework overload to make sure I keep a good GPA. The semester is starting to close and it's major project time, so I might be back around for better critiques and stuff around mid December. Until then, I'll be in the corner going crazy

The word I was looking for in #getlit was Pall. Normally used as a noun, meaning
"1. a cloth, often of velvet, for spreading over a coffin, bier, or tomb.
2. a coffin.
3. anything that covers, shrouds, or overspreads, esp. with darkness or gloom."
but can also be used as a verb meaning
"to cover with or as with a pall." Hence, the covering in darkness like that of a velvety, black, funeral cover. Interesting, isn't it?

Those pictures, are not art. They are shitty webcam photos that barely qualify as deviantIDs or something you put in your scraps.
Your "photography" should be on myspace or photobucket.

I know, but I posted the same comment to each of you who said that. I just didn't want it showing on my page three times.
And actually, they are NOT webcam photos. They were actually taken with a digital camera. Try to learn a little more about what people post before you try to say anything bad about it.
And also, if you're going to say things about the pictures of myself, I bet you wouldn't be saying that if someone else had taken the pictures. You'd call it art. It's actually called Self Portraits. They do have that category here, unless you don't know your art.

You need to buy a better digital camera then, because it sucks. It's grainy, pixely, and the color is messed up.
Self Portraits =/= taking photos of yourself.
And I could be saying that about someone else, that's the whole reason I'm saying something, you're a very pretty girl, but that is not art. Do something different, try to make a point. Not just star at the camera and call it a self-portrait. It's not, it's crap.

Unless you're taking when I said something about her pictures being grainy, pixely, and have no point at all except to have a picture of herself as me meaning it has to pretty. Which was not the point at all. Low quality snapshots of yourself sticking out your tongue =/= art.
The only time I used the word pretty was when I told her she was a pretty girl, but that doesn't mean her pictures are art.
