Yeah, I'm afraid I lost my temper too. I went so far as to bash the guy in a comment (which I deleted quickly because I don't want to be banned XD ).

yeah, i did my best to keep personal slights out of the conversation (though i cut loose a bit more in my journal) because i value logical, concise discussion and getting drawn into a flame-war wouldn't prove anything.
it was a near thing tho.

i don't mind audacity, it's blatant and willful, bullheaded ignorance that gets me.
