Yeah, I know, it seems like I dropped off the face of the planet or something. I haven't been on deviantArt all week, and my visits to MySpace are short and infrequent.
And you seem to be the only one who noticed my LONG leave of absence from blogging, which I'm considering giving up altogether. With school, my mild-yet-growing social life, and video games, I haven't had the time to chronicle my life or rant on things in long-essay form. Bah...sorry about that...
By the way, why the new name? I understand you have a new account to reflect the new name, but where did the name itself originate?

No, I wasn't abducted by aliens. I was abducted by people who got me to finally watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and who let me play video games and watch cartoons with them for hours on end.
It's not as easy to make friends here as it was in high school, since it's not like I have a bunch of the same classes with the same twenty or so students. Oddly enough, most of my friends right now are not science majors, so I'm not likely to take any classes with them, except maybe communications or some other G.E. I haven't yet fulfilled. I only met them because we took English 1A together last semester, and it was a weekly night class that often ended early, so that gave us the opportunity to hang out after class.

Just make it a goal to get out of Delta as soon as possible. Sure, it seems like most MCHS graduates stick around for 3+ years, and most of Locke Lounge has probably been there since long before I was a high school freshman, but if you really set out to get everything done, you won't be a permanent Delta College student. The desire to get out of Delta can be motivation enough to help you pass all your classes quickly, including those dreaded math classes.
By the way, do you know when registration for summer session at Delta starts? I'm most likely spending my summer in Stockton practicing my driving, so I figured I could get a couple GE's out of the way while I'm in town.
