Two quick questions as I write out paleontology themed blogs for my readers and saw your size charts and figured you'd be a very informed and handy source. Love your work by the way!
1. What do you make of the idea Apatosaurinae sauropods might have used their necks as bludgeons given they possibly have reinforcing structures on them similar to those found in elephant seals, possibly having mounting for keratin spurs or roughage on the bottom?

2. In your mind, by mass and then body dimensions (if it's two different results)
what is the largest Theropod?

First of all thank you for the kind words
1) I'm not exactly an expert but there are many good arguments for the 'brontosmash' hypothesis. The necks seem well equipped for it and many sauropod experts find it likely. As such, I do as well. (Plus it's pretty damn cool)
2) Well mass is really just determined by the overall body dimensions, so there wouldn't be two results. Based on remains we actually know of so far, it would seem Tyrannosaurus rexΒ is the largest theropod, with Spinosaurus aegyptiacus coming in second. The "Sue" [FMNH PR 2081] specimen of Tyrannosaurus has been estimated from 8.4-9+ tonnes, though the 8.4-8.8 tonne range is the one I find likely, making it the largest theropod to date.

1. Awesome! I actually had a blog featuring good ol Brontosaurus e. coming up and I always like to demonstrate just how powerful and impressive the herbivores were given most focus in media is on the carnivores. Now personally do you find the idea of the keratin spines or just maybe some plates or roughening more probable?
2. Duly noted, and not to contest your conjecture but just taking notice of it; what of the idea Sue is a bit of an outlier in terms of Tyrannosaurus rex size? Akin to how most southern african lions are usually in the 330-400lb range, but rare individuals can breach 550lbs. Of the size charts and estimated numbers I've seen of T.rex specimens we have reasonable remains from (so for instance not counting UCMP 137538 on account of minuscule remains), Sue is always at the top of the list by a pretty wide margin with a majority of the adult specimens falling close to "Stan's" or the Wankel' Rex's size.

Honestly I wouldn't know, Perhaps the spines but slightly robust/wide spines that are starting to be a bit closer to the 'plates' option. But I would ask somebody with more of a sauropod affinity.
There are definitely some smaller adult T. rex, but Sue isn't the only one that is larger than SpinosaurusΒ and certainly not the only one larger than the likes of GiganotosaurusΒ and so on. Sue is likely large for an adult T. rex, but really MSNM v4047 is large for an adult Spinosaurus.Β We have actually found a few (1-3 I think) adult Spinosaurus that are quite less impressive. Randomdinos has a chart that you should find useful.
Here are some helpful resources
Random's Spinosaurus chart
T. rex holotype, which is larger than one might think Β (example of normal T. rex almost as large as the largest non-T. rex theropod but still not one of the very largest T. rex)
A word on Giganotosaurus size
And similarly a word on T. rex size
