WRavenStorm - It is a really great look this guy has
We have a danish crochet group who fancy designers as you and love to get inspired. You can find us here:Β www.facebook.com/groups/175554β¦

Another question:
Do you by any chance know how to contact Gudrun Kulich? You write about her in another post. She had her patterns put up under a Creative Common license, which is still visible on her website. It doesn't forbid sharing her pattern. You just need to apply to certain rules while doing so.
Question is whether she is actually aware of this ?? :/ (Huge discussion on our facebook page.)

Hi; I haven't spoken to her in a long time. I am not sure if I can reach her, but I can write to her and let her know what you found. I do know she forbids sharing her patterns though. She has gone through several channels to try to protect her work. Sadly, people still won't cooperate. In my opinion that is extremely disrespectful. The creative commons license actually has more than one type. Gudrun's patterns are amazing. I owe part of my ability as a crochet sculptor to her. It is amazing what you learn when you work her patterns.

Thx for your reply.
Ok - then part of the problem in our discussion (on facebook) is that Gudrun still links to a creative common license type, that actually says it IS ok to share what has been shared before... So she HAS to remove that link to avoid misunderstandings.
Very sad though. I would not have the energy to start on any of her (or your) patterns the next 10 years. But I believe it, when you when you say, that a lot can be learned from brilliant peoples work.
BTW: I got kicked out of the facebook group I mentioned :/ Not sure if I will be allowed back in, but I do consider to start a group on my own.
And just to let you know.Β Misunderstandings do happen, but Danish people are in generel very aware and respectful in regards to copyrights etc., in case you'ld like to show some of your work in other phorums.
Anyway - keep up the good work and stay happy.
If you ever need help with copyright thingy or likewise - then feel free to contact me. Among other things, I'm kind of an IT geek and it helps.
