I blocked him not because I "ran out of arguments", but because I couldn't take his rudeness and ignorance any longer. If he has to resort to insults and gossip, then I wash my hands of him.

And only to make things clear: he did run out of arguments. He was the one that started to insult me just because I showed better arguments. You can see fir yourself: compare our profiles and see who is gossiping and lying.
He says that I am rude and stuff, when actually HE WAS THE ONE that started to insult and stopped giving arguments. It was like this: we were at the middle of a "discussion" (while he was just calling me a troll and fanboy while I was giving arguments) and he flagged every comment I posted as spam and he sudently blocked me.
PS: I know you do not like gossip, but when a hater is lying about you, saying some good truths about what happened is no longer gossip, but self defense.

That situation is really annoying. Sekley did not show half of the story, he did not mention that I did use sources to support my arguments and even refuted him when he used his sources.
Also every time I posted a comment on his profile he flagged it as spam, no matter what I said. So he blocked me in the middle of a discussion.

Sir, this is not the proper place to gossip of humans in such a way. If you must, go to notes or a place where gossip abounds.
It is okay to express emotion, but be sure that such an act is not preventing you from seeing both sides of the situation. Think about how you see the situation. Think about how THEY see the situation.
We are all human here. So, surely there is enough understanding to be able to mend or move on from this problem? Remember to be thoughtful and to be honest but kind. These are quite possible things. Now, do try to have a decent day.

Thanks. But it seems you misunderstood me. I posted a comment on your profile because the guy wich I was talking about blocked me and wants to go around saying any bullshit about me.
Now I once tried to imagine how they feel about it. Here is what I got: This guy has better arguments and defeated me on a discussion. I am going to insult him and distorce his arguments and show all my lies to everyone. Haters hate you because you are a reflection of what they want to be, but since they never want to admit they commited a mistake and want to destroy the image of everyone who corrects them.

Also, if you have tried all of the suggested solutions, and the problems you experience persist, then walk away from the situation. If these people won't listen to you or your ideas, go elsewhere. Go to somewhere else on DeviantART/the Internet where people would accept/listen to you, where people wouldn't mind gossip. You could try with a group of JP Fanboys. It's probably a good place for you to start. But, maybe that won't work; so keep trying. You might find people who'll get along with you, maybe even make some new and good friends. But, it seems here is not the place. I am sorry.

PS: JP fanboys? I think it would not be a good place to start. JP fanboys (feather haters) and scale haters are the opposite sides of the same coin. One side makes small dinosaurs that would die due to excessive heat loss (small dinosaurs like raptors would need a thick coat of feathers on a large area if it's body), while the other side makes overheating giants.

I'm sorry, I was trying to think of people very different from this little area, but I went too extreme, my bad.
Just try to be careful, okay? Because a lot of people here are getting their feathers ruffled in conversations with you. Just try and be nice and respectful. If you are to question someone's reasoning, do it RESPECTFULLY and POLITELY. It's okay to question and debate, but you have to do it properly. Most of those people are a lot older than us, can get to a lot more resources than us and have a lot more experience than us; we HAVE to understand and respect that.
And please, one does not need to stoop to very low levels. Posting bad-mouth on others' profiles is such an act of steeping too low. So I ask of you, please do not do such things again. They cause more troubles than benefits.
