Wolf was originally called 'Simon Riley' and was entered into the Spartan 2 program along with the greats, Simon was a very quiet spartan and didn't communicate with fellow Spartans, he was the sort of spartan that observed and then acted, one day Thyler 236 who was rowdy and fancied a fight was picking on Myric 168 as Thyler was about to punch Myric a hand caught his fist revealing Wolf grasping it, at this point Wolf was feared for unnatural speed. Later on he was put into a spartan team sent to reach (at the time of the war) Him and his team entered new Mombasa to only be hammered by the covenant, the building they occupied was getting stormed by elites, there was no way the team could survive this so Wolf found it on himself to do the right thing, he pushed his teammates into the pelican and closed the door behind them without saying a word, his teammates watched agape as they heard sword slashes and dead bodies falling to the floor.
From then on Simon was KIA
As Simon survived he went to join the ODST who he admired as a child, he used a fake ID known as 'Wolf' he entered the team with 'Ace' as their captain, the fellow teammates were curious for the huge and extremely powerful new member but they learned to trust him... ONI had sent this new team into a suicide mission where none survived except for Wolf, Wolf vowed that he would avenge his fallen teammates and in doing so he took a vowel of silence.
He was later on scouted for the spartan 4 program containing 300 other candidates all of the rest being the best of the best, they went through severe training and surgery each stage killing a lot of Spartans until the final stage were only 3 survived including Wolf, the final stage was surgery all 3 were strapped in and all died except for Wolf that only survived due to his inhuman ambition.

It's rather simple, first you could either make your own (which I dont know) Or like me you could browse DA for journal skins, once you have found one, there should be a button saying if you'd like to use this skin, click it then go to your journal and there should be an option for skins,

It's an old artifact I found on one of my missions. It was used by the people of earth in the year 2011. I fixed it and got it working, but having issuse with learning it. The tech people used back then is very complicated and so low tech at the same time. Lol ^_^
