It's a Matthews Genesis compound bow. I bought it on Ebay for $150 or so.

It is a real bow, and I almost had trouble getting in to the con and being able to use it as a prop xDx Just a warning!

I think the power of respect and kindness actually? xD And I did not have any real arrows on me.
They ended up putting one of those plastic ties on it(the type that's impossible to get off without cutting, I swear) so it could not be drawn or fired.
I'm guessing if you were to take off the string they would definitely let you, but that is just a load of work and I decided to risk them not letting me. Yay laziness? xD

That's cool. I've shot a real bow once. Lol. I bruised my arm pretty bad cause I didn't have a guard or anything. But it was so much fun. I want the most realistic bow, but I don't know if I'm committed enough to buy a real one or not yet.
