Very nice gear!
I do alot of orc stuff for myself and commissions so it lies near my heart. =) (Smile) So i realy like to se how the rest of the larpers in the world look.
I would say that the group you are in is one of the better looking i have seen.

To make it look old has a lot to do with the blending of dyes. And always sandpaper! Love sandpaper! :) (Smile)
To get good texture I wet the leather and then beat it against a rock.
