Hi. I don't know if you remember me, but I'm Daphne. From Planet Millegan... ;) (Wink) I deleted my account on there awhile ago, but unfortunately all my posts stayed. Sometimes, I go back and read and feel sooo embarrassed from how I talked and sounded. Well, I was 12 back then, now I am 17. I decided to try and find you and your art somewhere. I Google image searched the drawing of Eric and found you here! Oh, I still have that drawing of Eric and Me that you sent me about 5-ish years ago hanging on my wall. I love it. <3 I really like the other drawings and photographs you have on here too!

I myself have improved in drawing a lot since I was 10-12. I'm painting now as well. I've also taken up Photography, mostly action, martial arts, and dance subjects. I'm getting into creative makeup art learning about hair too. Doing Taekwondo now for the past couple years, and going to start Belly Dancing soon as it is another passion of mine. Gonna take a knack at Theater as well, as I have found a love for it.

I saw Eric the other day too! He had his Cabaret Show here in Springfield, his hometown. I won tickets to it through Eugene Weekly, which is a magazine. First time I had seen him since his sister's wedding. The show was amazing. He was so happy to be home. :) (Smile) He was really glad I won the tickets as well.

Anyway! I just thought since I found you on here, I might as well update you on my life! Hope to hear from you soon.

HI! Oh wow. First- I am SO sorry it has taken me so long to reply, I haven't signed onto Deviant Art in AGES (possibly years) so I only just saw your comment :( (Sad) . Secondly, I have to say this before I reply to anything you wrote - your art is AMAZING! Wow. I am just browsing through your galleries in awe.

I, obviously, do remember you haha :) (Smile) It’s great to hear what you’re up to too, you’ve certainly been busy! I have to admit I haven’t done much drawing in the last few years, I am constantly telling myself I need to get back into it and never actually really taking that step. Maybe this will push me to actually do something! Let’s see, since we last spoke I have started and finished a law degree and am now partway through a course to become a librarian so I guess I have been busy too haha. And I’m still writing, always writing.

Don’t be embarrassed about how you sounded, I cringe looking back on things I posted and I was 17 then! I don’t know if this will sound weird/creepy or not – but do you have a facebook maybe? I’m really glad to hear Eric is going well, and I am incredibly jealous of you (a) getting to see him perform and (b) getting to spend time with him again haha. One day I will meet him. One day!

Anyway, finding this comment has just totally made my night. I am flattered you still have that drawing on your wall (especially since you could draw much better yourself now judging from your gallery here!) And I have to say again that I am ridiculously in love with your paintings, especially Starry Horizon and Snowy Sunset.

Again I am so so so so sorry that my reply is so late! You’ve probably totally given up on me at this point. And apologies for my total abuse of exclamation points in this comment. It really is awesome to hear from you and I hope to hear from you again soon :) (Smile)

Thank you so much, I'm so glad you like my art! I have been working very hard to improve myself and go into all kinds of new mediums! These days I've also been accepted into some juried art exhibits in several galleries. I've also won some awards from those exhibits including last Friday I was juried in a Mayor's Art Show and won an award at the reception for the 2nd year in a row for that exhibit, cause I was in it last year too. :) (Smile) I think art is definitely something I want to pursue! I was also juried into an exhibit with only nine people a few months ago! Most of the people were older folks in the show except my friend Cameron and I who both happened to get juried. You can see it all on my Facebook page! I have photos albums of all my art, photography, makeup art, and exhibits I've been in.

I'm glad to hear you're doing well, that's so awesome!

And yeah it was so cool to see him again! He's still pretty much the same. And of course so talented!

I'm glad I made your night! It made my night to see you replied back! And of course I still have it, I absolutely love it.
