I was thinking something about how we, as Americans, have a very skewed system of ideals. We have this urge to fit in somehow, somewhere, but at the same time try and maintain both our independance and individuality. Maybe something that shows how we are our friends, parents, and peers, not because we want to be, but because their influence has made us this way by either straying from their accepted norm or our conformation to their beliefs.

But I digress; it's your poem. Incorporate the themes that you like to talk about, and I'll provide imagery to match them.

Talent oder nicht, ich zeige nur was ich mir vorstelle, was sich manchmal durchaus als schwierig erweist, aber mit jedem neuen Artwork lerne ich dazu. Und gleube mir, ich bin wirklich kein Profi in Photoshop, ganz ehrlich. Aber wie gesagt, ich lerne stetig dazu.
Meine wahre Stärke ist meine Vorstellungskraft, auf die ich übrigens sehr stolz bin.

o si, yo se esto, cuando vi la retracción del chamaco pude ver que no es tan malo como pense, cometio una tonteria por lo que ya fue castigado, solo que siempre es molesto cuando a alguien lo insultan de un modo tan "agresivo" (el tipo que mata a un mexicano) [y en fiestas patrias!! ] tan solo por el hecho de ser latino,

Yo estoy de acuerdo, estes imagenes de matar no son buenos. Pero no debemos insultar directamente a el. Debemos decir a el las razones que era mal, pero el es un joven. El no lo sabe mejor. Pero solo vamos a continuar a influir sus ideas si hacemos insultos de el como un persona.

lo dijiste muy bien broder. voy a suponer que estos comentarios fueron originados por el dev. de un changuito (esto no es insulto, simplemente referencia) que posteo un icono de un 'drive-by'. yo tambien hice un comentario sobre el icono. aunque no con insulto directo. mi comentario fue sarcastico, aunque, admito, pudo haber sido tomado como insulto. y admito que tal vez no fue la mejor opcion comentar sin pensar como muchos de nosotros hicimos. pero a la vez la reaccion de la comunidad es justificada cuando el mensaje transmitido es tan violento. a lo que voy es esto, el no pudo haber posteado ese dev. sin antes saber que iba a recibir comentarios tan fuertes e insultantes. y, nosotros (y me incluyo a mi mismo porque yo tambien hice comentario) no debimos haber bajado a su nivel. es posible que el guey (esto no es insulto, otra vez, es como decir 'dude') que hizo el post sea una persona buena y que sus intenciones no hayan sido malas, pero ese no fue el mensaje que transmitio. y puede que en realidad si se haya arrepentido del daño que causo, pero el daño ya paso.

Wrote this one in JAVA [link] (it's an applet). I doesn't work that well - the colouring algorithm is a bit annoying and now and again it just goes blank, but you can explore the set by selecting a rectangle and pressing render.

Apophysis is freeware .... nice
