(✨) i. Confusion was the only thing phoenix could really feel at the moment. That, and her head felt fuzzy and dizzy.

(✨) ii. Today had been her first day at this prestigious academy, or rather it was her first day until she stepped through the gate and suddenly woke up in an empty classroom. She pushed her head up from the desk and rubbed at her eyes. How long had she been asleep? How did she get here? Who, or what took her and placed her here? She fought with her mind, attempting to try and recall the events that lead up to her waking up here, but she cant seem to remember past stepping through the gate and suddenly feeling dizzy. She took a look around the classroom she was in.

" that's strange. "

(✨) iii. All the windows in the classroom had been bolted up with large metal slabs. Pheonix slowly got up from her seat, her legs feeling a little wobbly from sitting down for so long. She slowly made her way over to the window, placing her hand on the large bolt that bolted it down. Yep, there was no way she was getting this off. She turned around to face the rest of the classroom- and it looked fairly normal, save for an ominous monitor in the corner of the of the classroom. Subconsciously, a hand went to her chin as she started to think. Why would there be metal slabs covering the windows? Had there been some sort of hurricane or tsunami warning? Well... no, that cant be right, its not even hurricane and tsunami season, right? And even if it was, theres no way someone could bolt up these windows in such a short amount of time. Something was off.

(✨) iv. The best option at the moment was to get out of this classroom and search the rest of the school. Waking up in a random classroom alone was strange enough, so its not strange to assume there were other right...? ... She hoped there were others. Pheonix half stumbled/ half walked her way to the door and pushed it open carefully, not sure if it had some sort of trap set to it. Thankfully, it was just a normal door. The hallway the classroom lead out to looked empty, and relatively normal? She checked a few other classrooms to see if they had the same monitors and windows, and sure enough, they did.

" this is definitely strange... "

(✨) v. If every classroom was like this, what possibly could be so dangerous that they had to all be bolted? Or maybe... she was being held captive? ...Pheonix couldn't help but to shudder at the thought. Closing the door behind her, phoenix realized that that was the last classroom on this floor. She wandered around a bit and found herself in a lobby of sorts? There was a shower room to her left and a few other pathways that lead to the cafeteria and gym. Again, her hand went to her chin in thought. Would the people be in the gym or cafeteria? Both were likely places for people to be...

(✨) vi. Her thoughts were interrupted when she heard footsteps behind her. She immediately turned, only to be met with they eyes of a boy. Was he a student perhaps? Or maybe one of her captors? Who knew.

" ...ah. sorry, i didn't mean to stare. "

(✨) vii. Pheonix dropped her hand from her chin and placed them in her pockets. Whoever this person was, there was no point in freaking out or yelling at them. That'd just cause trouble. She couldn't help but to be a bit wary though.. Awkwardly, she glanced off to the side. She wasn't that great at talking to people, regardless of her "talent".

" um... do you know whats going on here? "

(✨) viii. She paused.

" who are you, anyways? did you wake up here too?"

Waking up in a room he's never been in was more surreal than anything else. For a moment, all he could do was look around sleepily, and after a second or two, he lets drowsiness overcome him as he lays his head back onto the desk -- until he fully realizes that the windows were bolted. Confused, he stands up hastily, almost falling back into his chair with how weak his legs are. Though he thinks long and hard, he can't remember this place at all. The last memory he can recall is going to a new school -- Hope's Peak Academy? The staff had scouted him for his talent, being an empath -- having an extraordinary sense of empathy still isn't much of a talent in his mind, but if the principal thought it was, then he wouldn't complain. After all, anyone who attends Hope's Peak is guaranteed success in life.
The only question right now is: why had he woken up in a classroom of his new school, with the windows bolted, a monitor in the corner, and a surveillance camera pointed at him?
Sticking his tongue out at the camera, he stretches his arms over his head and hopes this is just some weird dream. He wasn't necessarily scared, just... confused. Not wanting to look around for an escape -- because he could easily tell that there wasn't one in this room -- he heads outside. The feeling of the door opening with his push was a surprise to the boy who had been expecting it to be locked. As he wanders the hallway slowly and quietly, he wonders if he could find a teacher to ask about the classroom. Maybe there was some reasonable, calm explanation to it? It wasn't good to jump to conclusions, even though the worst thought ran through his mind immediately after he had woken up: he was locked in this school. Either way, panicking would accomplish nothing.
The sight of another girl makes him smile. Not once does he suspect that she could provide an answer to his questions; he can feel her confusion, which only strengthens his, and he also senses her hesitance towards him. Did she really think he was in on whatever was happening? Pouting a bit, he crosses his arms and shakes his head slowly in response to her question.

" it's okay... i'm eri, and i have no clue what's going on. "
" i'm guessing you also woke up in a classroom with no idea of how you got there? "

He knows his assumption is right, but asking was a habit. Puffing his cheeks out, he looks up to the ceiling. He was glad to know someone was in the same situation as him, but the fact that they both were absolutely lost didn't help at all.

" okay so ... first, i was accepted into this school for being an empath -- i know, it's not that impressing -- and then, i came here on the day and time it said to get here. "
" that's ... all i remember. kinda weird. what kind of prestigious school covers the windows? and the cameras..? "
" this place seems more like a prison than anything else. "

Covering his mouth with his hands, he lets out a small gasp; though he seems shocked, his words are lighthearted and teasing.

" what if we've been tricked? what if this place isn't what everyone says it is? what if we're trapped here until we die? "

(✨) i. Ah, so the other was a student then, and by the looks of it he was in the same confusing situation she was in. That... probably means he's at least not too suspicious at the moment. She let out a soft sigh, nodding in response to the others question. So, to her knowledge, there were two people that had been kidnapped and brought here with no memory of how they got here. Even then, having this much security for two people, especially of their size was a bit over kill. There were probably others here, but who knows how many others there could be. It was a little concerning, though, that there was no one else in the other classrooms and this 'eri' was the only other person she had met so far. Was she one of the last ones to wake up?

" empath..? "

(✨) ii. Pheonix questioned quietly, mostly to herself. Scouted for being an empath- that proves it then, eri went to Hopes Peak. That was really the only way you could be scouted for such a thing.. Still, an empath was a bit of a strange talent. She couldn't tell whether it was a good or bad thing... She was very empathetic herself, but how empathetic do you have to be for it to be considered a talent? Could the eri read emotions like someone could read minds, or something? It seemed like... a very strange, but the same could be said about her own, she supposed.

" cameras? i didn't notice the cameras... "

(✨) iii. She questioned the other, more directly this time. She took a minute to glance around the room they were in, and low and behold, there was a security camera in the corner. She narrowed her eyes at it; there was bolted up windows, strange monitors, and security cameras. That.. was concerning. Was whoever is keeping them captive watching them? Prison.. were they being punished for something? Had Hopes Peak had some sort of extremely strict and creepy detention system?

(✨) iv. As soon as the other mentioned death though, Pheonix felt her stomach drop and an unsettled look came upon her features. That very well could be a possibility.. especially with the similarities her, eri, and other captives could share. For all she knew, they could be other students at Hopes Peak Academy too- that would mean they were all elites. Maybe some regular highschool students had it out for the elites and decided to kidnap them and keep them hostage. Maybe their captors weren't highschool students at all, maybe they were.. someone much more dangerous. A serial killer, maybe. Maybe this was some sort of sick game of hide and sick. She could very well die here...

(✨) v. She shook her head. No, she cant think about it too much. While it is a possibility, they still weren't completely sure what was really going on here, so it could be something else. Neither of them wouldn't know for sure until they found the others that were probably here too. Yeah, she just needed to focus on finding the others for now, and try not to let pessimism get to her. She was the ultimate hope after all... With a few paps on her cheek, she turned to face the other.

" i mean, that is a possibility, if you think about it. why else would they have the whole school closed off so much? but... standing here and worrying about it wouldn't make it any better if that were the case, so we should explore a little more to see if there are others and ask them if they know anything. "
 
(✨) vi. A small, friendly smile appeared on her face, and she took a few steps towads eri, holding out her hand. It wouldn't be as awkward walking around with eri if she was at least a little friendly, right?

" my name is pheonix, by the way. its nice to meet you, eri. uhm, ive already checked a lot of the classrooms, so the only places left to check really are the cafeteria and the gym. which place.. would you rather go to first? "

{ heres ur starter!! i hope its alright!! i decided to kinda go with the time towards the beginning, aka the "introduce urself to everyone" time !! }[ robin's luck was really something; it had its cycles. getting chosen to go to this big school was really something, as it was a clear sign of robin's good luck. ]
[ unfortunately, robin's dream school wasn't all that it seemed. they were all apparently 'trapped' inside the school, and were to kill eachother to escape. despite seeming calm, the announcement made robin feel sick. when the announcer left, robin decided to go meet some of the other students. ]
[ though all the other students seemed harmless, one caught his eyes. yawning quietly, he strolls up to the other, giving a friendly wave. ]
"ah... hello there."
"i'm robin. i'm the uh....."
"oh, right, i'm the ultimate lucky student."
"and you are...?"

i hope no one finds out that being trapped in this school is the least of my worries. i'd rather be here than at home. 
the only terrible, terrible thing about this situation is being scared that people will murder me. i can usually tell when people have bad intentions, but i can't trust anyone here. i don't even know if my "talents" will end up working.

i really miss being able to listen to my music. :/

//they weren't expecting any confrontations, it wasn't that sudden, but it still threw them off a bit... especially since they were talking to someone who was really cute. screwing this up = lifelong embarrassment.

✧ | " And today we have another game my lovely humans !! " The blue haired lady said as she had her haired done in a different way again today and a new brightly colored dress on, she was just blindingly bright once more. . . Though it matched her tone, at least what she was trying to promote which was happiness despite she did nothing to make anyone happy but she some how brainwashed all of these people to believe her and to watch her murder people she claimed where tainted 

✧ | " This poor soul has lost their way and today with all of your help we are going to show them the way to being happy !! " She said waving to the crowed as they cheered her on of course, if anyone ever questioned her or went against her they would be the next victim and none of them wanted that, but none of them realized it either, they all thought of her as a goddess or a queen and didn't want to anger the ruler in fear of disapproval, not death. Oh what poor fools

So come on cheer her on and get ready for the game to start " She said as she clapped her hands together and the lights went onto the stage where miku stood and a young girl appear with her that was in chains, she quickly turned to her and smiled sweetly
