My name is Michelle, aka, Mich, Micha, Michaela, or Bibing =). I'm an artist.
I’m a fulltime student “slave” during the day and night.
I was raised in Philippines, a true Filipino. So who wouldn’t be surprised if I wanted to pursue my dream in commercial design, advertising, photography and painting, etc. Well, I got a little sidetracked and got into a lot of different things of interest. For example, swimming, volleyball, vocal singing, basketball, badminton. Yes, sounds ridiculous, but I actually sincerely thought that one of them might be my true calling.
But again to get back on track, I went back into commercial design and then I started to hone down my skills from painting then to photography. In which I thought it would be appropriate since practically my whole life I’ve always enjoyed sketching, painting, and taking photos, and sometimes I’m pretending to be paparazzi. Haha… =D
What drives me is creating. I want whomever I'm sketching and shooting to feel good about the experience as well as the final results. The better you look, the better I look.
I want to take these visuals further. I want to tell more stories. I want more nationalities. I want more extreme looks. Extreme makeup and hair. I want to work with artists. I want to work with great painters, magazines, studios.. I am simply HUNGRY!!
I truly believe this will someday allow me to pursue my original dream of being a great artist.
So the journey is not over. It has just begun!
