hmmmm... my tips? lol, I odn't have many tips, probably joining a gym has been my best bet - maybe a little expensive, but definetly worth it. Healthy eating is waaaaaaaay to overated :P (Lick)

Hahaha ok...well there is a gym, not too far away from me (5 min with bike? lol) but I don't know if I want to spend the money for it. But I know it's better for my health and such. How often do you go to the gym?

At the moment I havn't been for about two weeks lol, I've been so overworking myself leading up to my Florida trip - but usually I'll go 3 or 4 times a week swimming and then go to two classes a week (usually spin class) they are so intense. The first time I did a spin class I fell off the bike because I was so exhausted lol

Wow that's alot! In Winter & Spring this year I went swimming once a week, swimming 1000m or so. But if I do it, then just 1-2 a week, because Uni gets almost all of my freetime. :( (Sad)

A question...what is spin class? O_o O_o O_o O_o O_o

Spin class is on bikes, you know those funny looking bikes in the gyms? It's basically on those and cycling fast to the music, its really hard to do, but you see results very quickly if you do it often enough.

Swimming is the best form of excercise because it works all the muscles in your body. I've been swimming since I was 6 months (obv8iously with my mum lol) My probablem is I could loose more weight, but I cant resist my pizza!! lol

Ahh ok I see. Yes swimming is great, I should do it more often, but my back hurts a bit after it.

Haha....chocolate for me...although I successly reduced my amount of chocolate this week. lol
