Yeah... I had a head-rush and fell down a flight of stairs... luckily it's just tissue damage and a bruised Tibia - no breaks though so that's something to be thankful for!

Glad there were no breakages, but still. Ouch. What was the head rush? Just one of those random moments or something you need to be aware of? Hopefully you're off the crutches now and back to walking around!
