Well, you can tell what I do for a living from the pic.For fun, I like to craft odds and ends from scrap and other people's cast offs. Sometimes they even turn out kind of cool. I'm also a big fan of the Old West, but lack of toilet paper keeps me from wanting to live there. I'm also a bigger fan of tabletop RPGs, playing for over 30 years and still (when I can) trying to fit it in. A lot of what I try to do is inspired by these two things.
I do some leatherworking, some metalwork, dabble in most everything else, and spend as much time at the range as time, my wallet, and my family will allow :)

Many prayers said here in Australia at the memorial for 9/11. We have not forgotten. Our prayers and love for America and those lost due to the actions of the wicked of this world. memorial held at our Nations War Memorial, Canberra.

I just love the story/letter you did for it, please put that in the deviation, just as you have done it here, reckon you'd be one heck of a player, too bad we can't have you at our table for a game! Been thinking of a game site on the web, have been meeting some interesting players here, we are suffering a bit of a drought of them here. I love some vid games but they will never replace round the table for me, sad thing is that many just don't see that & thats sad.

Thanks for the comment. I like to find really unusual parts. Things that you won't see in a hardware store or could readily identify and use them in industrial jewelry. Makes a great conversation piece, plus they're one of a kind.

I added it to my journal, just because. Finding it, then going over it, really made me want to make it again. I think if I do I will make it a deviation and include to recipe again. It really is good, based on a variation of steak and kidney pie. I recommend playing with the spices, and have fun! If it goes good with beef, it goes good in this. I use beef heart rather than steak, since it's so much leaner and once cooked down oh so tender. I also use venison, when I can find time to hunt or con others into giving me some. Personally, I prefer it over mashed potatoes with garlic (of course!) and some chives added to them.
I showed my wife the rabbit recipe, and she thought it was delicious! Unfortunately one of my daughters breeds rabbits, so I'm going to have to think of something else to call it and never, ever let her know there's rabbit in it. I liked a lot of the others too, so as I try them I'll let the posters know!

Awwwww, thats so nice of you mate! A quick sketch too would be great if anyones a bit artistic, or a quick little comic?. The recipe can just be something you really like & just add a bit of drow flavour to it, mushrooms, etc, or a drowish name? Simple & just a bit of fun!
As for drow. Yeah, they can be little nasties but not all, & if you havn't read Salvatore, do, cause you'll learn to love some of them!!

I've been in the hospital and trying not to kill some ladies at work.
But I'm soon going to be working for my mom so all of that is over. Hospital stuff too, I hope. Health Insurance is going to be nice.

I'm really hoping the book won't take too much longer. We've got two more chapters to get through and then I've got to pretty much completely re-write two others. Then we've gotta do the first reader thing, and contact the agent.

He's a shih tzu. He's totally naked atm so he looks more like a hairless rat. I've got pictures of him in my gallery.
We may keep him. He's got a few odd ticks and issues but we've not even had him a week yet so we're still figuring him out.
