I would want any of these three used for the one featured in the icon, so you can pick which you feel like doing

They are called Scarfwings so that would be the name on it, Probably blinking and the bobbing thing your other icons have that are animated!
The scarves can slightly bob too if you feel like animating that. Just let me know the price and I will get back to you asap!
