Hello. I haven't gotten a response for 4 months, I've been patiently waiting however that doesn't seem toΒ be the best solution for this situation. Please respond, If you're not willing to finishing the YCHΒ I am totally fine with a refund, so you have less on your hands! However, in the end I will have to report you for poor communication and customer service via journals as a warning to those who aren't aware of your tensions of scamming. Thank you.

I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one! I completely understand now, I checked their journals and apparently their deactivating soon which is immediately a bad choice since their leaving all of their customer's without proper contact, and as well their responsibilities. Then again, their journals have been there for a almost a week!
I'm not certain if they are aware of the situation their in, or what we're in this case. I'm gonna plan on contacting them through youtube since it seems to be the only hope of getting some contacts since their probably gonna check notifications over there then here.
But if I don't suceed then I'll make a journal based on screenshots of activity on their part and how I and others handled the situation. If you ever have the time could you send me some proof before they might possibly deactivate? I be happy to blur your user as well if you like! Also, I'll definitely ask for consent of those who delt with similar issues!
I'll be sure to let you know via note if I made the journal! You can give insights on it if you feel there are some gaps!
