FAQ
What medium do you use the most?
Mainly digital now since it's a lot neater compared to the other mediums. However art classes at school still require me to use traditional mediums such as paints, photography, graphite, and such. So occasionally you may see my school stuff on here.
What program(s) and device(s) do you use?
Photoshop CS6 and my handy dandy Wacom Bamboo Create tablet.

I usually go by the username cynthia-2901 or cynthia2901 or cynthia_2901, or you know, some other variation of it. If you think that there's a possibility of the account not being owned by yours truly, please please please don't hesitate to tell me.
Are you self-taught?
In digital art, pretty much. Honestly speaking, art classes never really taught me much. They just gave me prompts so I guess I'm pretty much self taught?
Any advice for people starting out in the digital medium?
Okay listen up you little beanies. The reason I saved up my money and convinced my father to get me a tablet was because of the amazing digital art I saw floating around on DA. Silly 13-14 year old me thought that by getting a tablet, my art skills would magically improve. HO HO HO WELL YOU'RE IN FOR A WILD RIDE. Using a tablet was so hard in the beginning it made me abandon digital art for a whole year. I'm not even joking. It requires great hand-eye coordination, a skill I lacked severely in my preteens. Digital art definitely has its amazing benefits such as different textures, an endless colour palette, really awesome styles to try out, and much more. However, before jumping straight to digital art, I would advice you to practice more on your traditional skills. Learn about value, anatomy, perspective, colours, and as many elements as you can think of. Get a basic understanding before jumping into digital art. Once you do that, you can start refining your skills using the tablet and you'll quickly see improvement in your elements.
Do you do commissions?
Not constantly since school work can be very time consuming. However, I'll occasionally open it up during holidays and such. But only for limited slots, or style.
How about requests/art trades/collaborations?
Requests: Only when I open up a few slots.
Art Trades: Note me about it and we'll see.
Collaborations: MOSTLY YES CAUSE LETS WORK TOGETHER OMG. Workload has to be discussed over notes though.
