Sorry about the confusion. I am a Contact Juggler, [link] It is a form of Juggling where the ball or balls stay in Contact with the body. The 2 main forms are rolling and spinning. Chinese excercise balls which look like the silver balls you used are used by many people including me to spin in the hand.
That is what I was talking about with Contact Juggling.

Yes these are balls used for relieving stress and so... but, no , i dont use them.
