I sometimes see people who add a lot of deviations to their favourites just to attract attention, they're the kinds that have like 10 000 favourites which is a bit silly

Yeah.. I've been here for over 4 years and never made over 800 favourites, though , it's how much you appreciate art I believe. Many works of art have not been worked on for hours on end, which makes them a silly addition to one's favourites

I'm a sucker for good macro photography, and one of the guys I watch pours it out like crazy. I've got a lot of favorites from him xD. I guess my standards aren't very high when it comes to faves - if it is something I would like to see again (I have gone over all of them a few times), then I'll save it.

That's very true, really. If I wish to see the same deviation twice, chances are big I'll save it to my faves . I mean how big is the chance I'll see a random work twice All right I'm obsessed, I calculated how big the chance is to see the same deviation twice on deviantart using the "random deviation" button, and it's 7.4×10^-15%.. Minus 15.. That's a number so small most calculators round it down to zero..

Yeah, bugs are usually cool.. Although most bug photos are not special at all.. It doesn't get cool until you see more detail than with your naked eyes!
