wind master;; sonic mania was a real kick in the childhood for me because i grew up on 2D sonic games, so it was a real treat for me to find both things i remembered and completely new things in mania.
and yeah it's pretty much 100% fanmade, though SEGA did officially back it up and help them along the way, which is probably why their name is on there.
