I am Brenna. Brenna is me.I can make some pretty fuckin' awesome stick figures in MS Paint, but that is where my artistic talents end. Allow me to geek out over your art because I cannot create me own. If you are looking for commission work, I may take you up on that offer if it is within a reasonable cost boundary (OR FREE. I LIKE FREE.)Since I am extremely fond of creating original characters and not fond of trolling for look-a-like pieces on here, I am always looking for someone willing to give me lovely work.
I am an avid Axis Powers Hetalia role player (Facebook being my stomping grounds of choice~). My baby is Kristjian Nabakov, who is representative of the tribal nation of the Roma (better known as 'gypsies' or 'gitanos'), who is an ultimate troll to the European nations. Though he can be used for fun and comedy, he has endured far more prejudice and hatred throughout time than any one person ought to: from scapegoats for murder, robbery, and plague to accusations in witch trials and the Inquisition, to the Holocaust and now to modern-day issues in France under Sarkozy's rule and mass evacuations in the United Kingdom, he has suffered and survived and grown into a truly fascinating and resilient nation.
Kristjian, the rascally old veshengo, is typically who I'll ask for art for, as he is the most popular and, admittedly, the most attractive and, I've heard, fun to draw due to his eccentricity and whimsy. He has been drawn by a number of my favorite artists on here ( , , , and, famously, )
I have an intense love for the Roma and their culture, so if you have questions or can provide further insight or stories, I always want to hear it.

Well admittedly, I am new to HetaRP (not to RP itself, though). I thought it might be fun to try, but I would like to play with someone who writes novel-style.
The first character I wet my feet in was Austria (as I feel he is the simplest one to play for me, lol), but I did take drama classes in school so I would say that I am fairly good at characterization and getting into roles that are outside of my typical comfort zone.

Ah! Austria is incredibly fun to play; and to play /with/, of course, since he's just so... so... irresistibly fussy~ It is also easy to connect him to either Kristjian or Nazi!Ludwig (Your choice on who you'd like me to play, though I recommend Kristjian, since he's my baby and his muse is far more consistent). But it's your choice of who you wish to play, of course, and what- I am tremendously flexible.

Hmmm... So far, so good (and ho ho- red *and* purple curtains~) but I must confess that I'm not 100% satisfied with Kristjian's skin tone- it's a little on the grey side as opposed to the more... cinnamon color I would expect someone of Indian descent to have...

So, I showed it to a few other people to make sure it wasn't my monitor settings too. OTL When you said he looked like a zombie I got a little worried. Because I know I didn't go THAT grey/cool when picking out the color. I got a mixed reply. ...which didn't help at all. OTL Part of me wonders if it's the background causing the illusion or something. It's not that it's a hard thing to fix, I was just like OH LORD IS THE COLOR REALLY THAT OFF?! lol

At least if you got a mixed reply, that indicates that I'm not the only one seeing things, so I'm relieved... I mean, Antonio's skin tone looks perfect, but Kristjian's is just... I was really thrown off.

No, it's okay. I'm actually kind of glad you pointed out HOW grey it was. It looked fine before I added the background. I didn't think the background would have had that much effect on the color.
