well, I already know what i'm doing with her. basically she's some kind of "glitch" in the system of the universe. think of her as being like a "ghost in the machine" - excess data sometimes pools together to create unexpected/unplanned functions. yeah. basically, random chance and a whole bunch of science stuff fucked up and made her.
so now she's pretty much decided her purpose is to fuck everything up because she has no real useful purpose, and she's bored, and is kind of an eldritch abomination.
