hey you i want to talk with you about that rosiarts stuff. she blocked me.
i told her that i will take her in description if she allow me to upload it on dA because she deleted everything i paid for. i paid 210 euro and she just deleted everything. did a horrible batch with my open sketches which i bought as fullbody where you can´t see anything because of her copyright stuff. so i decided that 2 friends of me finish the draw like mirva schattenkuss. i don´t upload it on dA. i just use it @ sta.sh that other people can practice with my characters.

if she would upload my stuff or allow me i would just write: "sketch by rosiarts".
she denied so my only chance is sta.sh. can you maybe tell her to take that journal down? they aren´t art thief they just finished something she never did and she normally should end because it was paid. it´s calumny and if she don´t take it down i´ll report her for that and go to my lawyer and take her to the tribunal.
just tell her that. i´ll write her name into description after she take her calumny against her down.

She didn't allowed you, or any other artist, to redraw her sketch, or use it as a base for a picture.
You weren't happy with what you've got, she gave you the money back, which in means of law is equivalent with losing all rights for using the pic(on your side, obviously). If you would pay, and she would keep the money, you would be able to use the pic(still in unchanged form, because that was the basic agreement of commission, which you are unable to change, unless the author gaves permission).
Common sense states all of it.

You are putting it in a way, as if you gave her an ultimate option "allow me to upload, or i will do it without any reference to you", which you did, against any rules. which is wrong, because you are the one who is using her art without a permit. You are not the one who uploads, the author uploads, you are receiver, unless author says different, and gives permission Still, you are not allowed to change the pic, even if you really want, which is basically obvious for most of people.
To sum up,
She didn't allowed you to use her sketch, and gave your money back = you are not allowed to post the sketch, or gave it to other artist to use as base for other pic which you would post afterwards(that you did is just plain obvious, and you can take it to any tribunal, because you are the one that violated copyright, and you do not have the right to use it-agreement was stopped when you got your money back- which payment records will easily prove).
I know that behind it all is more then just the pictures, and it's "friendship" problem involved, but still, i find you as an irresponsible person, if you think that remaking someone else's art is ok. If you wanted it to be done in "a better way", then you should ask other artist to do it from the scrap, and not using Rosi's sketch as a base.
Go ahead, and hurl your messages all over DA. If someone is going to get mad, you will be hunted down for spamming in addition to the art theft(or violation of copyright, if you prefer).
Nonetheless I hope that it will be settled soon.
PS. You are not blocked by Rosi; not now anyways, so you are able to settle it down with her( and just her, not whole DA), normally.

i was blocked. she didnt gave me the money back for her. she is paid.
