I'm a 24 year old Jersey girl transplanted out to PA...a nerd, a writer, sometime model/makeup enthusiast...a pretty "unique" individual. I spend most of my time role playing online or experimenting with different makeup designs...or sleeping. Sleeping is really one of my favorite things. Oh, eating too, that's nice. I'm almost always eating. I'm not very social by nature...mainly because I'm incredibly shy, but I love a good conversation when one arises. "a pretty "unique" individual". OK I guess knowing this makes me a nerd and pointing this out makes me a pedant, but you can't qualify uniqueness, something is either unique or it is not. A bit like eternity, you can't have a bit of eternity. Or infinity... that kind of thing. Or "somewhat pregnant" as is the example given here [link] Which is by the by, I was looking at you interesting photographs because I'm interested in SSS (Sub Surface Scattering). An altogether geeky pursuit and probably one you'd be as interested to learn about as you are about the origins of the word unique.

I think in the vernacular it can be forgiven...I was kinda babbling as I wrote that. On more professional forums I try to conduct myself with more formality. As a self-proclaimed grammar Nazi, I do appreciate the point, and may even change it in the future.
I've just pulled up several links and articles on SSS...I admit it has definitely captured my curiosity (which can be a bad thing...research binges and all).
Thank you again for the correction...it's not often one actually takes the time to read, much less pay attention, to what is written in profiles.

You shouldn't eat off the floor! The video's roll along, a new one has been added. I'm guessing though you were wondering if we would run out of music... I had a similar idea when I got my first computer. (BBC model B) It had a low resolution screen, could only display seven colours and I wondered... how long it would take to see all the possible images it could show? I suspect big numbers will be involved. They always are.
