It doesn't say anything from what I can find. I think maybe it's missing a part, or it's not a real kanji.

Yay! Aded Nikkaulass' Art for moi! ooooh yes.
See... the Saix demyx pairing is pretty much FatastiC! For me... I love it lots. That was the first ever sort of ... request i've ever had *dances* And its hot.
And the cake that never was! Again nikkaulass'! But.. now that was doneor my birthday =3 demyx was watching /my/ cake. tehehe hence the saix/deemy bit lol *sniggers*
