I need help with sai. When you (everyone) draws, when it comes to outlining with just one smooth perfect line, what tool do you use? I tried using the curve tool but it doesn't work for me; I also need sharp lines for Ciel's hair and stuff. What should I use?

try a thin brush tool. i dont use sai much but i do use photoshop. brushes help a lot like a size 5 or 3. i hope this helps!
