Her eyes are actually supposed to be more badass, less innocent looking (but not evil). she's supposed to have a confident vibe around her.
An important note about her eyes is that they are red. BUT ALSO! she does not have a shine at the top of her eye like many characters do. the shine is at the bottom. if u notice in my pix, she doesnt have a shine at the top.

I'd prefer that you use her longer hair (her hair is dark, burnt brown) version (her longer hair goes to her shoulders and curls up at the ends).
She's a sorceress who controls the elements, but specializes in Wind if that helps any.

Eh, it's not necessary. really, it's more of a comic relief prop. her real weapon is the kunai, but even then she only uses that in emergencies. she relies more on her elemental magic.
