I am just going to say, I know you're gone and I know that you've been apparently chased away, but I do not approve of you using my old drawings as references, and not even fucking credit me. I've since moved to Nightmare-Curse , so if your friends have problems, deal with me there. I'd just like to point out that you used my old drawings for the following drawings. The first one I have proof of, the others are just very old and I do not have those anymore, but I know my style when I fucking see it, especially those poses.

you never once asked me permission to draw with my style, and you never once credited me, you just said, "Used a reference." Well I'm sorry my dear but tracing someone's artwork is not referencing... I don't care if you come back or not, but if you do, I want you to delete those drawings because they are traced and they are NOT yours!! And if your friends try to defend you, well then I'd like to tell them that I know these are old, but she still traced WITHOUT my permission and didn't credit me.
So I said my part, I don't want to hear any excuses as to why she didn't credit me or even tell me about this. I'm done here, and I will be reporting these, even if they are old. Have a nice day.

She was finally confronted for heavy referencing and character theft, with quite a bit of evidence. If you go around and read the recent comments on her pictures, you'll see what I'm talking about.
I'm guessing she was unintentionally chased away. I'm just glad she learned a lesson...

I used to heavily reference myself. Nobody got on me about it. It's just upsetting to see people bash my friend. It just almost seems like you guys are trying to kick her off DA, which'll really upset me. Now, not to be rude, but I think Kat overdid it telling her watchers to flame Kimmie, and spam her with harrassment, when she could've noted to her about the issue instead. Things would've been better with that happened, but now things turned to a humongous fuss.

We're not trying to kick her off dA, we're trying to make her realize that mimicking designs from other people is not right, also it's rude. Kat works hard on her art and she loathes it when people try to mock/ or even copy her work.

But here's a true fact my fellow deviant(No sarcastic tone, please don't mistake it), art theift and character theift is everywhere, people are gonna copy nomatter what. Coincidence or not, it's everywhere. And here on DA people can get rowdy about how they comment to defend others reputation. I looked through Kat's gallery, and she does work hard on her projects and OCs just by looking, I hate ripoffs myself but it's something I can't control.

I don't think it's entertainment, some people can be so greatly inspired by someone's work, they reff alot of it into their own, I know it's extremely wrong, as I've done it before in the mid-year long ago, I admit it is overdone abit.

Not to butt in or whatever, and i hate to sound rude and i certainly DON'T want this conversation to drag on, but she knows fine well what she's done. She was on a previous account, sodapop...something before she moved to this one, and was doing the exact same thing, only with other people's art. She did not learn her lesson. There's no excuse for her, perhaps for others who made an innocent mistake, but she has done this before, was told to stop, and now continued on this account.
and i was not over-the-top, i was just angry. And i certainly wasn't trying to kick her off dA, she was very polite, and i was polite back, despite her trying to get out of deleting them by herself. ._.

You weren't rude, you were stating a good point. And sorry about what you're going through with her. I agree that she tends to take her art abit far with the heavy referencing. And yes, I'm aware of her similar activity on her older account. I would get upset if someone copied my work to the point of it looking exactly like the original(For which I've encountered once.).
Don't worry, I reccomended a good point in the first place. I love you're art and hate theives like we all do.
