Adoptables are characters that are selled. I mean, if I need some points/money or I have characters that I don't need I make some adoptables. They are selled in different ways, some want points , other want money, or some are even free, but there are ones that you must draw them first and then you will own the character. But the main idea is to buy a character. :3 Hope this helped.
