I'm Amber but you can call me whatever you like honestly. When I remember this website exists, I post art, yarnwork, and other various things. Can you draw a dragon in scuba gear? It must wear a full body wetsuit with no hood. And you can choose the color of its mask, gloves, air tank, wetsuit and flippers. And it must be anthropromorphic. If not, that's OK.
