I notice you use alot of black. Do you have problems with people calling you emo? Cause with some of my art work i'll do something with dark colors, monsters, or sometimes even something sad. My friends will call me emo or goth. It sometimes makes me mad because they don't see past the lines and color. They don't see the message in the drawing.

yes i do use lots of dark colors, i am not emo though. gay yes, goth yes, and slightly eccentric yes. annoying too
so hear-hear. whom ever doesn't understand your work should just go comment something they do understand since they don't seem to know the difference between been depressed, and the way you want your art to be interpreted. i understand that people relate monsters and black/white drawing to evil and goth, and even in the terms of satanist. but a monster by an artist represents many things. confusion, atrocities, recognition, a fight between ones self, plus many more. while the black/ white drawings just represent purity, the philosophy of yin and yang, the beauty of lack and abundance of light, and again many more. just because you draw something that may make someone else think of you as someone your not you can not stop what you draw because those are the feelings of the moment. as long as you don't forget who you are its all good. so your right to get mad because they don't understand, they don't see what you see, or wish for others too see. but keep on drawing!

my advice draw. draw and after that draw some more for that way you can show people the true meaning of art. lol
i'm not much of an artist lol. but my feelings are there so what can we do. but my paitings are decent:I and i cant put them on the internet since i cant scan canvas.

That's exactly what i've been telling my friends. You can't just at something you have to see it or you won't fully understand the message. Oh and P.S. your a great artist. Your style's just different. I always say it's not what you draw, it's how you draw it.

thanks for such a great complement. and that is true, it doesn't matter what you draw, it may be dreadful and not proportioned in a professional, but if your feelings are in that work, it will be the most precious work of art because of the amount of your self you put in it. and someone will always find the potential in that work if only they look. but for that you need a clear head, and an eye for art.

but what i can tell you is that if you put your heart into a piece, it will have a life of its own, making it beautiful since a persons soul is pure. your work will always reflect who you are with out lies. lol

1Richard and his mother had come to Canada 3 months ago from a tropical country, they were both always one the move.
One day on a cloudy day Richard went to look out side the window and saw little white crystal that were falling from the sky. Exited he called his mother β mommy, mommy look-look out side!β jumping all around he was pointing at the window were the curtains were already open.
2βOh! Dear, angels are having a pillow fight!β said his mother trying to hide the excitement of a story she had in mind. βNo mommy, its snow!β the boy tried to argue with doubt.
The mother sweetly looked at the boy and said β let me tell you a storyβ
3Once long ago in heaven Angels were bored of always playing the same games and decided to make up a new game.
4They first decided to go to the universe and count stars, but when they got to ten they started to become bored.
5They then decided to go run around the rings of Saturn, but soon they got tired of running.
6next they went to play *shape clouds * but there were so many big clouds that after their 3rd cloud everyone was too tired to keep on going.
7 they thought and thought and after thinking they thought some more. They could not find a game that was not boring and tiering. It was soon to be bed time and all angels had to go to bed. When they all got to the angels bedroom they all just wanted to rest. As they were going to start to go to bed an angel had a idea as she saw the fluffy pillows.
8As an angel passed by her saying good-night she picked her pillow up and threw it at the other angel.
9As other angels saw what she did they joined in and threw their pillows around the room. They were all laughing.
10When it was time for bed all angels were too exited to go to bed. But they decided that it was time to fall to sleep.
