I fold triangles. You fold the paper into a strip like in 4 or 8 across so the sheet is really narrow. Then fold the top corner down to be flush with the edge, and then fold around that triangle. Tuck the end in, and Voila! Instante note-package. I find that other ways of folding notes was either too noisy for class or took longer than writing the note so it totally wasn't worth it.
