Hey...very cool stuff. I'm a student at the Art Institute, I'm in a class called Editorial Illustration.
I think you would be really awesome at a job like that.
You have the style that I'm trying to go for but I'm having a total creative-brain-fart with it.
It's for a news article about "are your friends making you fat"...and it's about kids tend to be fat and get fat together...and how childhood obseity is becoming a "big fat" epidemic in America.
I know this is a shot in the dark, but any ideas on how I could do this? My main idea was a big fat kids face, taking up most of the paper, his mouth wide open, looking almost cross-eyed at all the chubby kid hands coming into the scene shoving snacks in his mouth. Kind of in a folk art, colorul look.
Like...ever see Jim Carey as The Grinch...where they are shoving Christmas food down his throat as Mr Cheer...lol...The grinch is like "bring it on!"

Thanks. I've been trying to think of another media I'd be good in, and as of now, so far I'm thinking of adding colored pencils to my work, seeing as everything else is in black and white(I'm working on one work currently, I'm going to take a while to finish it though so it looks as good as possible). I also make video games, but not at all in my surrealist style. Maybe I should try that next.

c'mon man, lets bury the hatchet im willing to admit that you could be a reasonably intelligent person. im 33 years old and im actually a thinker, musician, and artist. i may not do these things very well compared to some but honestly calling each other dumb isnt going to change either of our opinions about ourselves. its pointless, and i find myself utterly unable to maintain even a modicum of anger. and you may have a point about my spacing but spacing has never really been a point of pride for me, i freely admit to being a shitty typer, and im typing with a broken hand. im offering you an olive branch man.
