Yes there is, do you even read it?
1. "nutin" isnβt a word. The closest word to it in the Merriam Webster Dictionary is new town. In the street Dictionary nutin is said to be a miss-spelled form of nu metal or new metal. Which if put into your sentence doesnβt make any sense.
2. "wif" isnβt a word. The closest word to that is wife
So your sentence would say: theres new town wrong wife my typing, which makes almost no sense

You know that βriteβ said properly, using all traces and word stuff, is pronounced Reet-e? And it does actually matter, because otherwise it makes you look like the 3 million under 12 kids invading the internet and trying to make themselves look cool by typing like that and acting immature. So unless you want everyone (generalizing) that doesnβt know you to think that you are a random 9 year old trying to make themself out to be cool but ending up making themself look like a tard (using slang here meaning idiot) then you may want to invest in the extra 2 seconds to type in those few extra letters.
