Looking through your work its mostly intertesting but I cant get into it for I feel like it has no structure. Though it does bring out the band during live performance, that I give you kudos for!

hahah hey, thanks so much for the comment. Yes, I do love Alexis, ever since thier first album. Unfortunately, I dont know how much more ill be seeing of them, because they are becoming increasingly mainstream, more and more well known, and their shows are much larger, and not to mention more expensive. We'll see, but I probably wont be seeing them live again for several months. But anyway, thanks a lot, im glad you like the gallery :D (Big Grin)

Wow, you're a talented photographer and the value of your work sometimes exceeds priceless. I do have one question for you though. Do you have special privilges and is able to get close to the bands playing? Or are you sneaky, and take pictures without anybody looking? Also, do you use a digital camera or a disposable camera? ahh i see...you want to know all of my secrets :P (Lick) Well what I do is I just go to concerts, well the ones i really want to go to ...of my favorite bands, and because I loved the bands so much, and I like being at the barricade, I usually get to the shoiws early. So, I get up close most of the time! Im just a dedicated fan, and it works to an advantage. annndddd if you must know....im wwwaaayyy too cheap to have a nice digital. aka...i use disposables. there it is, you know my deepest darkest secrets. I make tiny adjustments in photoshop, such as desaturating a few pictures and adding borders...sometimes cropping, but thats about it.

the only thing i HATE about not having a digital is the grainy effect you get out of film...that drives me NUTS and definetly makes it abovious that im not using a digital. But oohhh well.

you're gettin realy good at photographing bands! if you can hook it up....that would be a dream job to hit up concerts 24/7. good luck with everything.
p.s. i wanna see some from sounds of the underground! NIN too...unfortunately waiting 8 hours for tickets wasn't enough! oh well maybe next time

You should definitly try and get to some smaller shows and take photos there, you have a lot of potential, but it sucks the peoples heads etc get in the way!

Heyyyyyyyyyy...I found those photos you were looking for of the crowd from the September shows. Sorry it took so long...I had an ISU that was eating my face, and then I got really sick, and then my computer reformatted my photo library during upgrades, so I had to find everything had gone....I love life haha.
