Would you be interested in a new platform called ENSOKU-MANGA, we are a small Japanese company and we offer an online Manga and comic site for an artist to publish their content.
What's special you ask, we try to work with creators to not just publish their content but also if the manga is well received by the viewers we offer translation to other languages, at present we support Japanese, English and Chinese, this will expand soon as we are also adding Thai, and others shortly, we can also offer conversion of content to motion comics and add voice actors to the material.

Were you refering to Ashura's Screentone Depot ? If you were, then unfortunately, they're only available in tif format. But you can download them and try to convert them into PDF yourself.

Three to four years ago, when I was an eleven year old, new to this term "Manga and Anime", I stumbled upon your site, "Mangatutorials". I was blown away by your tutorials, through both the helpful tips and the stunning visuals accompanying them. Your tutorials were the primary influence of all my art that year, and I have to say that if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have picked up my passion for art.
Many years later, I forgot about that site, and looking at my old pictures, I would often wonder what made me draw like that back then. But when I came upon your site a second time, it all came back, and I was like "Woah, how could I have forgotten this site?"
But I just want to say that you've been a huge inspiration for me and my art, and I think you're more than deserving of a long overdue
