well i never said i did php, i only work with java for backend.

as for html/javasvript/css i'm no pro, and don't use it regularly so i don't have any kind of portfolio. I just work something out when I need it for college projects.

but lets try this, make me a mockup of what you want done. either draw it or use 'balsamiq mockups' (google it).
Then hand it over to me and let's see how i fare. bear in mind that i can't do any backend though since it's php.
